The Law Offices of Michael Khodadadi, Esq. is a full scale commercial real estate and corporate law firm. The boutique firm was founded by Michael Khodadadi in 2008 with the goal in mind to provide highly skilled, detail oriented, efficient representation of clients in servicing their needs, protecting their best interests, and providing them with a legal framework to help them succeed in their endeavors.
With over 20 years experience in all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions, including the acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial properties, Michael understands how to work in an efficient way that is most realistic for all parties involved. He specializes in and represents a wide array of Landlords and Tenants in the complex leasing of retail, office and industrial space.
Michael Khodadadi, Esq. is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Class of 1999, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He further has an M.B.A in Finance for which he earned a degree in 2000 from the Frank G Zarb School of Business, Hofstra University.
Michael is also a proud board member of The Puerto Rican Family Institute. @hopeprfi is a non-for-profit, multi-program, family-oriented health and human services agency that provides culturally sensitive services to children adults and families in all of New York Communities. They also provide services in Puerto Rico. PRFI has been helping the diverse New York Communities for 62 years.
